Add your activities

Your activities are the shortcuts in the Host an Activity row on the home page. Tap one and you go straight into creating an event for it — no picking a category and drilling down to something you have already told us you do. Adding them takes a minute.

1. 1Go to My Profile.
2. 2Find the activities section and add one.
3. 3Set your skill level for it, if the activity has levels.
4. 4Mark which gear you already have and which you would need.

They become your hosting shortcuts

Every activity on your profile appears in the row at the top of Host an Activity, in the order they are listed. Remove one and it leaves the row. There is no separate list to maintain — see Create an event.

Why gear and skill level matter

• •Hosts can set a minimum skill level on an event, so yours helps you find events pitched at you.
• •Events list what gear is required, optional, or provided — so you know before you turn up whether you need to bring a racquet.
