Propose times and let guests vote
Create an event without a fixed date, collect availability, then lock in the winner.
If the hard part is agreeing on a time, create the event without one and let people vote.
As the host
- 1When creating the event, choose to propose times instead of setting a date.
- 2Tap the time slots that could work for you.
- 3Invite your guests as normal — they vote on the slots.
- 4Watch the results come in, then pick the winner.
Picking a slot sets the real date on the event, and everyone sees the confirmed time. From then on, guests can add it to their calendar.
Reading the results
Each slot shows who is Available and who is a Maybe. Available counts full, maybe counts half, and slots are ordered by that score — so the top one is your best bet.
If people have not voted, Nudge non-voters reminds them.
An event with no date yet shows as "Date being decided" everywhere it appears.
