Something is not working

Try these first

1. 1Reload the page. A surprising amount of weirdness is one stale page.
2. 2Sign out and back in — that clears an expired session, which often shows up as buttons that do nothing.
3. 3Try a different browser, or your phone instead of your laptop, to narrow down where the problem is.
4. 4Check your connection. A half-loaded page and a broken feature look identical.

If it is still broken, tell us

A good report is the difference between a fix today and a week of back and forth. Include:

• •What you were doing — the page you were on and what you tapped.
• •What you expected, and what happened instead.
• •Any error message, word for word.
• •Your device and browser — for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".
• •When it happened, roughly.
