Change an event and tell your guests

Editing details, and notifying everyone who is already coming.

Open your event and choose to edit it. You can change the title, description, date and time, location, requirements, and guest cap.

Telling people

At the bottom of the edit screen there is a message box:

•Leave it blank to save quietly — nobody is notified.
•Write a message and everyone already approved gets it, by email or text depending on each person's own notification preference.

Changing a time or place without a message is how people end up at the wrong place. If the change affects when or where, write the message.
