You have been invited — what now?

An invite link opens a page showing the event, who is hosting, and when it is. You can read all of that without an account.

Accepting

1. 1Tap Count Me In.
2. 2If you are not signed in, you are sent to sign up or sign in.
3. 3You come straight back and your acceptance completes automatically.

Bringing someone

Once you have accepted, the same page lets you ask the host to bring a plus-one or to invite a specific person. See Asking to bring someone.

If the event has a set time, you are also offered Add to calendar — see Add an event to your calendar.

Declining

There is a decline option on the same page. It lets the host know not to count on you, which is more useful to them than silence.

If the link does not work

• •Invite links are long — make sure the whole thing came through and did not get cut off by the app you received it in.
• •The event may have been cancelled, or the invite withdrawn.
